1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Justify AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the platform.

2. Description of Service

Justify AI is a web-based platform that allows users to upload datasets and receive automated machine learning analysis, data profiling, and AI-generated insights. The platform is currently a student project and is provided on a best-effort basis.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in via Google OAuth to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account or allow others to access it.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or confidential data you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Upload malicious files or content intended to harm the service or other users.
• Circumvent rate limits, file limits, or other usage restrictions.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose under Belgian or EU law.

5. Uploaded Data

• You retain full ownership of any data you upload.
• By uploading data, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• We do not use your uploaded data to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any data you submit.

6. Credits & Payments

• Some features require purchased credits. Credits are non-refundable once used.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Credit packages are one-time purchases and do not expire.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Availability & Reliability

Justify AI is a student project provided 'as is' without guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the correctness of analysis results. Do not rely on this platform for critical business or medical decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Justify AI platform, its code, design, and branding are the property of the developer. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or inaccurate analysis results.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will indicate the last updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
